Welcome to Juan Carlos “JC” Santana’s production and publishing company Optimum Performance Systems (OPS).  Back in our humble beginnings, OPS was JC’s company handling every aspect of his fitness training, education, and production.   Now that things have grown, we have dedicated companies focusing on each specialty area.

OPS now deals with coordinating JC’s personal appearances and the creative aspects and production of his educational (link to product page) and training products .   

The Institute of Human Performance (IHP) is our training facility and handles all of the personal training, research and on-site education.  IHP also serves as a retail store front for the entire JC line of products.  

FITMOVES is the main distribution company for the OPS productions and the JC line of products; it deals directly with all distributors.  Intocombat (Link to Intocombat) is our martial arts branch, addressing the complex needs of the martial arts world.  

Exceeding Excellence is our latest development.  It will be the biggest surprise in the fitness industry – more on that at a later date.

Through OPS, Santana is constantly pushing the envelope on how the fitness industry can be advanced.  Whether it is through education, volunteer work, product development, or developing alliances, JC is always looking at the next level, and working hard to get there.
